Returns policy

This returns policy applies solely to purchases made by consumers for personal use. It does not extend to trade or business customers purchasing goods for commercial purposes.

Cancelling your order (Consumers only)

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you have the right to cancel and return it within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

 

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must notify us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period.

  • Notification can be made by email, letter, WhatsApp message, or phone (with confirmation in writing).

  • Once notified, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.

Refund process

​Once we receive the returned goods:

  • We will refund the product cost plus the standard (basic) outward delivery charge.

  • We do not refund premium or express delivery charges.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days from receipt of returned goods.

Please note: We may make a deduction from your refund if goods show signs of unnecessary handling.

Return shipping costs

​You are responsible for the cost of returning goods. We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

We cannot refund/cancel your purchase

  • ​If you return your product without proof of purchase

  • The goods were a special order (pre-order) to your specification

  • Where goods supplied are for commercial purposes

Faulty goods

If your item is faulty, you are entitled to a refund or exchange:

  • Within 30 days of delivery: full refund or exchange offered.

  • Within the warranty period (normally 12 months): we may offer a repair service* or replacement.

 

To qualify the item must be in otherwise "as new" condition, with all original accessories, packaging, and any free gifts.

 

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs for faulty goods are not covered by us.

  • We do not reimburse any related licensing fees or charges.

  • Faults caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

 

*Often repairs will be carried out by the manufacturers’ own engineers.

Trade & Commercial customers

​This policy applies only to consumers (individuals purchasing for personal use).
Trade or business customers are not entitled to the 14-day cancellation period or consumer refund rights. All trade sales are subject to our separate commercial terms and conditions.

 

Geographical Scope

This returns policy and all consumer cancellation rights under UK law apply only to customers within the United Kingdom.
International customers should contact us before returning goods to confirm eligibility and procedures, which may vary depending on your location and applicable laws.

Limitations and exclusions

​Parabellum Consulting Limited, it's employees, agents and owners shall not be responsible for any and all indirect or consequential losses, claims, expenses, injuries or damages arising from:

  • Goods or services supplied by us

  • Misuse or negligent operation of any goods supplied by us

  • Denial of import / export or any other licences required in law

  • Failure to meet mandatory legal requirements such as age

  • Delays in delivery
