Ensuring that your scope is level is a vital requirement for accurate long range shooting. If your reticle is not level then as you apply elevation and windage corrections you will introduce diagonal errors.
ZFIX is an easy-to-use aid to quickly achieve a perfect alignment of the telescope’s reticle when the scope is mounted on a weapon with a Picatinny top rail.
The fixing screws of the scope mount should only be tightened the point that the telescope body can still be rotated. The ZFIX is then placed into a groove of the Picatinny rail and held in place with the included rubber bands. The ZFIX should then be firmly seated in the groove.
The scope body can now be rotated to achieve a perfectly horizontal alignment of the scope’s reticle and the crosshairs of the ZFIX.
